You will guide site executives and Data Product Owners, ensuring data quality, architecture alignment, and cross-functional collaboration within Roche’s PTE organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong data management foundation.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise data strategy and data management leadership.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver global data analytics solutions.
• Experience in pharma tech ops or related industries is highly valued.

• Direct definition and fulfillment of complex data requirements for strategic products.
