Zusammenfassung

FFI Advisory GmbH in Switzerland seeks a seasoned SAP Logistics Process Manager to optimize global SAP SD and GTS processes from Hinwil with home-office options. You will design end-to-end solutions and drive standardization across the global organization.

You will lead international SAP implementations and rollouts, coordinating with Business, IT and partners. Fluent English is required; German is an advantage. Strong change management experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in SAP logistics process management or SAP consulting in international environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP GTS; knowledge of SAP TM, EWM, MM, or PP is an advantage.
• Experience delivering international SAP implementations, rollout or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of global sales, logistics and international trade processes.
• Experience managing change requests, release planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve global SAP Sales (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS) processes.
• Design end-to-end process solutions and drive standardization across the global org.
• Lead international SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects from concept to go-live.
• Coordinate process design, testing, UAT, training, and deployment with Business, IT, and partners.
• Manage global incident, change, and release processes for stable operations.
• Evaluate local vs global requirements, balancing regional needs with governance.
• Develop training concepts and enable regional process owners via train-the-trainer.
• Maintain process documentation, system specs, user guides, and training material.
