Job summary

ABB is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel for its global Robotics business based in Zürich, Switzerland. The role is hybrid and reports to Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on legal guidance, compliance, governance for Swiss entities, and strategic risk management.

The candidate should have a Swiss law degree, be Swiss-qualified, and bring 10–15 years in corporate/commercial law, with fluency in German and English for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with a degree from a reputed law university.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments or top-tier law firms.
• Familiarity with finance, treasury, risk management, antitrust, IP, and IT-related matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
