Zusammenfassung

Rockwell Automation in Root (Switzerland) with hybrid work across Europe seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multinational design teams, plan, execute, and deliver customer projects from order receipt through final acceptance.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change orders, work with subcontractors, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and commercial success across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience delivering projects for external customers.
• Fluency in English, German, and French.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial automation and managing multiple medium-size projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication in an international environment.

• Lead the execution of assigned projects while achieving schedule, margin, and quality objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Forecast and report project resource requirements and financial performance.
• Apply advanced project management principles, tools, and scheduling techniques.
• Coordinate and schedule resources to meet objectives and delivery commitments.
• Coach and support engineers and project team members.
