Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Procurement Category Manager for Sustainability Services at Nespresso in Vevey. You will develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Sustainability Services and manage end-to-end spend with external suppliers.

Partnership with Nestlé businesses will ensure early procurement involvement in projects. You will drive value through category targets, supplier management and data-driven decisions, while strengthening resilience and sustainability-focused collaborations

Qualifikationen

• Solid project management experience in an international context.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools to support analysis and decision-making.

• Build partnerships across markets to drive value creation.
• Lead sourcing from requirement analysis through RFPs and supplier selection.
• Conduct category, supplier market and risk analyses to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Influence decisions with data-driven category recommendations and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver category targets, secure supply, and negotiate best-TCO contracts.
• Strengthen resilience via supplier risk management and business continuity planning.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to support performance decisions.
