Roche is seeking a highly organized intern to join the Digital Data Backbone Chapter as a PMO & Technical Coordination/ Operations & Change Enabler Intern for a 12-month placement in Basel. You will report to the Head of Operations and support global rollout tracking, KPI development, and governance tasks.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams to align technical delivery with business readiness, while fostering a data-driven culture across six core departments.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in a related field.
• Interest in PMO, data governance and change management.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum).

Aufgaben

• Track global rollout wave timelines and readiness checklists.
• Manage operational issue logs and data quality risks.
• Build KPI and metric dashboards to monitor adoption and execution.
• Maintain and improve the Chapter Playbook and related data structures.
• Bridge business and tech/data teams to align delivery with readiness.
