Zusammenfassung

On is seeking an internationally seasoned Senior Lead - Pattern Engineer to steer the technical lifecycle of our global product lines from concept to production. You will architect scalable fitting systems and align 2D/3D workflows with Design, Technical Design, and suppliers.

You will lead a team of pattern engineers, design internal trainings on fitting techniques, and drive PLM pipelines to improve sample approvals while maintaining global fit consistency.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of combined patternmaking experience in apparel development through production.
• Advanced proficiency in manual and digital pattern making.
• Expertise with Gerber, Lectra, PLM software; CLO/Browzwear is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop a global team of pattern engineers.
• Strong collaboration with Design, Sourcing and Production teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and evaluate a global team of Pattern Engineers.
• Design and deliver internal trainings on fitting techniques and pattern adjustments.
• Manage workflow and capacity against seasonal calendars.
• Establish global pattern standards and production standards.
• Drive 2D/3D pattern integration with CLO/Browzwear to optimize fabric use.
• Oversee fit sessions with live models and cross‑functional teams.
• Improve sample approvals via robust PLM pipelines.
