Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering.
• High academic achievement as proven by overall performance in university.
• Interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• Professional experience in a relevant business area is preferred (min 3 months, max 2 years by Dec 31, 2026).
• EU geographic flexibility is mandatory for the GOLD Program and graduation.
• Authorized to work permanently in the EU or Switzerland without sponsorship.

• Participating in the planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes.
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products.

• Understanding the impact of the business on the customer experience.
