Job summary

Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) in Bern is seeking a Product Demonstration Manager to lead live demonstrations, trade shows, and training across Switzerland and abroad.

You will plan, prepare, and deliver compelling demonstrations and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to showcase solutions for military simulation products. The role involves managing the showroom, budgets, and event logistics, plus 25–30% international travel.

Qualifications

• Military environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, trade shows, customer visits, and other events in Switzerland and internationally, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare systems for demonstrations, check their functionality, and support system integration and testing to ensure everything is ready for use.
• Deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams, including Sales and Maintenance, and develop supporting materials where needed.
• Manage the showroom, demonstration budgets, and the practical arrangements for events, including equipment, warehouse coordination, and international shipments.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support the marketing plan, develop product materials, and contribute to brochures, videos, and photo shoots.
• Coordinate visits with the Swiss Armed Forces and support the preparation of training offers and related services.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, engaging demonstrations and training experiences, with approximately 25-30% of international travel.
