Aufgaben

• Answer UBO and KYC requests from obliged entities regarding group entities.
• Maintain mandatory UBO declarations with national registers and update as needed.
• Track declaration types, country processes, and contact details of internal/external contacts.
• Respond to UBO/KYC requests from banks/financial institutions about group entities.
• Keep GST records for UBO/KYC matters.
• Liaise with internal and external counterparts to implement corporate procedures.
• Use IT tools to maintain accurate corporate data and ownership records.
• Stay up to date with regulatory or statutory changes affecting the organization.
