Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation seeks a Lead Auditor, Quality Compliance to lead corporate audits of the QMS across multiple facilities. You will prepare structured reports, classify site performance, and communicate findings to senior quality and business leaders.

The role requires extensive GMP/GDP/GCP auditing experience, knowledge of EU and FDA regulations, and ability to coach sites toward improvement while traveling internationally up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor experience in GMP/GDP/GCP audits for multi-national manufacturers.
• Experience with EU CE regulations and FDA support.
• Auditing regulatory bodies or Notified Bodies preferred.
• Specialized areas: sterilization, microbiology, process validation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences; master’s preferred.
• Auditor certification (IRCA/ASQ CQA/BSI) desirable.
• Strong collaboration in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate corporate audits of the QMS across facilities.
• Provide formal audit reports to the head of the program.
• Identify improvement areas and coach site teams.
• Support inspection readiness and CAPA reviews.
• Drive efficiency and consistency of audit processes.
• Facilitate policy implementation globally.
• Mentor Integra teams and participate in continuous improvement.
• Perform related duties as needed.
