Zusammenfassung

Institut Straumann AG in Basel seeks a Global Launch Education Manager to drive education for product commercialization. You will lead staff, KOLs, speakers, and customers to frame the educational contribution to the launch, ensuring scalable, end-to-end education across markets.

The role requires designing and delivering education materials, collaborating with Global Medical Education, Product Management, and Education teams, and translating clinical workflows into practical learning

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Dentistry or a related field with knowledge of implantology and digital workflows.
• Clinical experience in implantology and digital workflows is an advantage.
• Experience designing and delivering global education programs across formats (lectures, hands-on, digital, blended).
• Competence with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver global education programs and learning content that scales across markets.
• Collaborate with launch core teams to create scalable, didactic learning objectives and content.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into practical education experiences for diverse learners.
• Design scalable digital learning experiences (eLearning, videos, blended formats) for global audiences.
• Partner with KOLs and internal teams to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption.
