• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of the Swiss Insurance market and Multinational Program Business.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Drive international programs service delivery with quality and timely service.
• Coordinate policy and invoice issuance using IT tools.
• Manage Pre-Quote and Pre-Bind processes and endorsements.
• Monitor program performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Claims teams for client updates.
