Roche Basel seeks a strategic, results-driven leader to define and drive the digital, automation, and AI strategy within Technical Regulatory. You will translate visions into actionable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable business impact.

You will lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, partnering with IT, RIM stakeholders, data stewards, and vendors to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive experience in pharma/biotech with digital transformation and advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Define, own, and execute the digital, automation, and AI strategy across Technical Regulatory.
• Architect and deploy digital solutions including generative AI and workflow automation.
• Establish data and AI governance frameworks for compliant data stewardship.
• Partner with IT, data stewards, and vendors to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities.
• Build analytics and real-time dashboards to measure impact and enable leadership.
