We are looking for a Global Head of People & Organization Development to lead our global People & Organization Development Center of Excellence and drive impactful practices that strengthen culture, leadership capability, engagement and business performance.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role translates our People strategy into practical, scalable, and high-impact programs across the Group. You will be accountable for Performance and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Organization Development, and Employee Engagement globally, ensuring our people can contribute at their very best within a healthy, inclusive, and future‑ready organization.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, requiring strong ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead the global People & Organization Development Center of Excellence and support our businesses in delivering on their purpose and unique value contributions.
  • Provide expertise and deliver high‑impact, end‑to‑end solutions across performance management, organization and talent development, talent acquisition, learning, and employee engagement.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve global frameworks and practices that support business strategy and culture ambitions.
  • Translate People strategy into scalable solutions that enable business performance, leadership and other key capabilities, and employee engagement.
  • Measure impact through clear KPIs and relevant analytics to enable informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with HR partners and key stakeholders to ensure high‑quality solution adoption and sustainable outcomes.
  • Act as an ambassador for a constructive, positive, and agile learning culture, proactively responding to business opportunities.
Your profile:
  • Previous experience in People & Organization Development, Talent, Learning, or related HR leadership roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high‑impact, end‑to‑end POD solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong experience working with and influencing C‑level executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success operating within complex, global matrix organizations.
  • Experience leading global transformation and change initiatives, including cultural transformation and leadership development.
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable frameworks, processes, and tools with measurable business impact.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Business partnering experience and strong commercial acumen are a plus.
  • Strong drive, ownership, and accountability.
  • Business gravitas, with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior leaders with credibility and confidence.
  • High level of multicultural awareness and collaboration skills.
  • A positive and engaging personality that fosters collaboration and strong working relationships.
  • Fluent in English, German or any other languages is a plus.
