Zusammenfassung

Big Science Sweden is seeking an Event Coordinator for the CERN Science Gateway Campus in Geneva, Switzerland. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in event operations within an international setting, supporting around 100 events for up to 800 participants each year. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a maximum of 2 years of professional experience post-graduation. Prior experience with CERN contracts is not allowed.

Qualifikationen

• Maximum of 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the respective field.
• Must have a university degree and can’t hold a PhD.
• No prior CERN fellow or graduate contract.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative, logistical, and organisational support for events at CERN Science Gateway Campus.
• Assist in the coordination of around 100 events per year.
