Job summary

Takeda Zurich seeks a senior engineering leader to transform DS process and manufacturing technologies. You will set technical direction, build visions, and enable scalable execution for a global DS network.

You will provide specialist engineering expertise to ensure safe, sustainable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across DS plants, balancing global standards with site needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of technical experience in biopharmaceutical engineering or similar industry.
• Experience developing and implementing global equipment standards and lifecycle management across multi-site networks.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP/GLP, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE, and PDA guidance.
• Comfort with data analytics and digital manufacturing concepts for decision-making and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology visions and roadmaps for DS equipment technologies to accelerate innovation and network performance.
• Define technical strategies and contribute to the innovation roadmap for process engineering.
• Scout technologies at industry forums and translate into deployable value-based initiatives.
• Drive global standards and frameworks across the DS network and harmonize practices.
• Collaborate across distributed sites and functions to align regional and site needs.
