Abbott is seeking an experienced and strategic Division Counsel for the Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) to provide legal leadership across global commercial, licensing, acquisitions, supply chain, and operations. Qualifikationen

• Law degree from an accredited university and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 15 years of legal experience, including significant experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.
• Significant in‑house leadership experience preferred.
• Strong experience supporting complex commercial transactions, licensing arrangements, acquisitions, alliance management, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders across diverse legal, regulatory and cultural environments.

Aufgaben

• Advise EPD leadership on business initiatives, transactions, operational matters and risk.
• Partner with senior business leaders to support global growth with commercially focused legal advice.
• Lead legal support for licensing, acquisitions, divestitures, alliance management, and supply chain transactions.
• Provide leadership for business development activities including due diligence, negotiation, and governance.
• Mentor and manage senior attorneys supporting Licensing, Acquisitions and Operations.
