You will drive digital transformation, governance, and performance across internal and external facilities, guiding leadership through complex programs in a global matrix environment.

Qualifikationen

15+ years of global pharmaceutical operations leadership across manufacturing, quality, and supply.
Proven track record delivering digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.
Deep understanding of P&L management and large capital budgets.
Lean/Six Sigma expertise and global PMO leadership.
Strong ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external partners.

Aufgaben

Define and execute the global digital and operational excellence strategy for the DP network.
Lead the Advanced Analytics and AI translation roadmap to accelerate digital adoption.
Oversee PMO governance and metrics for the Operational Excellence Roadmap.
Foster continuous improvement and mentor leaders to embed discipline.
Coordinate S&OP processes to optimize supply-demand and resilience.
Align with technical, quality, and commercial functions and external alliances.
Build external networks to share knowledge and best practices.
