Optimus Life Sciences is supporting a Swiss engineering organisation with an expanded pharma project load, seeking experienced Commissioning & Qualification Engineers to join the team in Basel and at customer sites worldwide.

The role is hands-on, focusing on IQ/OQ, commissioning of automated pharmaceutical equipment, and documentation in GMP-compliant records. You will collaborate across engineering and QA teams and travel internationally for site testing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commissioning/CQV in GMP environments.
• Strong automation and PLC understanding.
• Experience with IQ/OQ and commissioning protocols.
• Ability to travel internationally for commissioning work.
• Excellent GMP documentation practices.

Aufgaben

• Execute commissioning and qualification activities on automated pharmaceutical equipment.
• Perform I/O checks, signal testing and functional testing.
• Execute predefined IQ/OQ and commissioning protocols.
• Support testing of automation and control systems on site.
• Review equipment against technical documentation and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation issues.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation throughout testing and qualification.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer's sites during delivery.
