To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, inspiring, and passionate International Product Training Manager who represents our brand worldwide and delivers outstanding training experiences to our partners and clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver national and international training programs (on-site and online)
• Develop training materials, concepts, and presentations
• Provide professional product, ingredient, treatment, and sales training
• Coach and support trainers, beauticians, and distribution partners
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams
• Represent the brand at international events, trade shows, and trainings

Your Profile:

• Completed education as Aesthetician, skincare, dermatology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a trainer, training manager, or educator within the cosmetics industry
• Strong expertise in skincare, ingredients, and professional treatment concepts
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented working style
• Passion for beauty, innovation, and education
