Job summary

Bachem Holding AG in Bubendorf/CH is seeking a Communications Business Partner (a), 80–100%, to support our Group Communications and External Affairs across internal and external channels, including digital, social media and events. The role reports to the Head of Group Communications and External Affairs and is based in Bubendorf/CH.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ work experience in communications.
• Experience with manufacturing and/or chemical/pharma industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
• University degree as stated.

Responsibilities

• Partner in Group Communications and External Affairs across channels (digital, social media and events).
• Drive integrated, channel-agnostic communications with consistent narratives and tone.
• Translate business topics into audience-appropriate content aligned with strategy and brand guidelines.
• Develop and coordinate multi‑channel assets with group leads.
• Support global communications coordination across locations and localization.
• Prepare and support leadership meetings and events like Capital Market Day and AGM.
