UBS in Geneva is seeking ambitious graduates for the 2027 Commodity Trade Finance Graduate Talent Program. You will support relationship managers, structure new financing opportunities, and monitor commodity flows, while gaining broad exposure across rotations and projects in a global wealth manager environment.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months).
• Degree completed with all requirements by start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Competitive GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss scale.
• Experience and knowledge of the commodity trading industry.
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus.
• Values align with UBS: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in financial and risk assessment and geopolitics.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Able to evidence how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support relationship managers in day-to-day work, including client visits or events and executing transactions.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Identify and structure new financing opportunities and onboard clients to develop UBS’s CTF franchise.
• Analyze risks and prepare Credit requests for submission to Credit Risk Department.
• Monitor the commodity flow financed by the bank within the Transactional Collateral Management Team.
• Contribute to transversal projects on sustainability and transition strategy.
• Build an understanding of UBS’s industry, culture, and strategy.
