SKAN invites an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive the Group-wide AI roadmap from strategy to production deployment. You will build and lead a small interdisciplinary team at SKAN HQ in Allschwil, Basel-Landschaft, coordinating with Finance, ICT, Security, Quality, Legal, HR and Facilities.

You will identify high-impact AI opportunities across processes and products, steer flagship projects, and ensure secure, scalable operation of AI initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, BIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in digital or business transformation with a track record from strategy to production deployment and scaling.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, including secure, scalable operation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders up to Executive Management.
• Experience in regulated environments or life sciences is a plus.
• Excellent English skills; German is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Group-wide AI roadmap and a prioritized portfolio of initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
• Identify AI opportunities across processes, products, and services with business functions.
• Lead flagship projects from idea to production deployment and measure outcomes.
• Scale effective AI solutions and discontinue non-value initiatives.
• Collaborate with ICT to drive secure adoption of AI tools and AI agent workflows.
• Build a network of AI Champions and embed AI into SKAN's Operating Model.
• Align Business, ICT, Security, Quality, Legal, HR, and Finance for transparent value, costs, and risks.
