Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc in glaciology or related field is required.
• Experience with numerical modeling and data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python/ Matlab/ Julia/ C++.
• Excellent written and spoken English and scientific writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement field experiments.
• Analyze datasets from field experiments.
• Apply numerical models of ice flow and crystal texture evolution.
• Participate in field work on glaciers, including week-long camps.
• Collaborate with PhDs and Postdocs on related projects.
• Publish high-quality research articles.
