CBTalents seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to onboard German-market clients in Barcelona. You will build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and reduce churn while advising on PPC and digital advertising strategies.

Requirements include a Marketing/Communications degree (MA/MSc preferred), 2+ years in client-facing sales/marketing, fluent German and English, and strong CRM and AI-enabled outreach capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high-performing PPC and digital advertising campaigns

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell advertising solutions

Understand client objectives and deliver tailored, results-driven strategies

Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability

Drive account growth through upselling and increased advertising spend

Create, maintain, and update customer records with complete and accurate information

Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions

Requirements

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience

Fluent German (C2 level) and English

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in client-facing roles
