Job summary

Oppenheim Architecture + Design Europe LLC is seeking a German-speaking Architectural Draftsperson (Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur) or Project Architect for our Basel team. You will produce technical drawings and project documentation in ArchiCAD for Swiss projects and contribute to planning, tender and construction stages.

With around 3 years of relevant experience and fluency in German and English, you will work in an international studio and support cross-border projects while adhering

Qualifications

Qualified Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur or architecture degree.
Around 3 years of relevant experience working on Swiss projects.
Excellent ArchiCAD skills.
Fluent German and English.
Swiss citizenship or valid work permit.

Responsibilities

Produce and develop technical drawings and project documentation in ArchiCAD.
Prepare drawing packages from planning application through tender and construction documentation
Obtain information from consultants and incorporate it into the project documentation
Support the Project Lead in consultant meetings and in communication with local project partners
Apply Swiss regulations, standards and local requirements throughout the planning process
