You will assist customers in German, handle delivery and logistics inquiries, and contribute to a seamless shipping experience in a hybrid work model (one week per month in the Sofia office).

Fluent German and strong English are required, plus a positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across borders.
