Job summary

ILS Aarau sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Sprachlehrer/in in Bern zur Planung und Umsetzung von Sprachkursen für Erwachsene von A1 bis C1. Sie bereiten Unterricht vor, gestalten Lernangebote und arbeiten eng mit der Sekretariat und dem Management zusammen.

Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine weitere Sprache mit, haben Erfahrung im Gruppenunterricht und arbeiten flexibel, zuverlässig und engagiert. Ein motiviertes Team erwartet Sie in einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld.

Qualifications

• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in der jeweiligen Sprache.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer weiteren Sprache.
• Erfahrung im Gruppenunterricht.

Responsibilities

• Planung und Durchführung von Sprachkursen für Erwachsene.

• Completion of initial training
• Further training of at least 500-600 hours, e.g. in the areas of personnel, leadership, consulting, project management or didactics of adult education
• At least 500 hours and at least five years' experience in adult education with as diverse a target audience as possible
• In addition, one of the two qualifications in adult education must be available:
  • Qualification in adult education at level 3, e.g. diploma in training management, diploma in adult education HF, degree in adult education or education management
  • or Subject-relevant university/university of applied sciences degree, e.g. degree in education, psychology, sociology, primary/secondary school teacher's diploma and an andragogical qualification at level 2, i.e. the federal certificate for trainers
