Job summary

Fenixys- An Aurionpro Company in Geneva seeks a seasoned Murex-focused PMO to govern and drive a multi-workstream MX.3 transformation for a financial institution. You will lead governance cadences, coordinate planning, manage RAID, and ensure successful delivery across Front Office, Risk and Middle Office interfaces.

You will partner with the Program Director and workstream leads to keep milestones, budgets and risks visible, while guiding vendor deliverables and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PMO or project management experience in banking or capital markets.
• At least one end-to-end Murex MX.3 program in a PMO or project role.
• Proven experience running SteerCo reporting, RAID management and integrated planning on programs of 30+ people.
• Strong command of MS Project and Jira/Confluence.
• Fluent English; professional French.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Governance and reporting: run weekly workstream reviews, monthly steering committees, and ad hoc decision forums.
• Planning and dependencies: maintain the integrated program plan across MX.3 configuration, interfaces and data migration.
• Risk, issue and change control: own the RAID log and manage change requests.
• Financial and resource management: track budget, actuals and forecasts across internal staff and vendor costs.
• PMO tooling and methodology: set up standards and tooling (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).
