Job summary

Lombard Odier invites applications for a Generative AI Intern to join the AI & BI team. The role focuses on designing and implementing Generative AI Agents, prompts, data prep, and validating AI models to support business units.

You will collaborate across teams, learn cutting-edge AI trends, and help educate staff on available AI tools while exploring architecture and cloud aspects in a regulated financial setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with data processing or machine learning libraries.
• Knowledge of generative AI prompt design and Large Language Models is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure), microservices, and APIs is an asset.
• Experience or interest in finance through internships, coursework, or projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fast learner with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives in dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple business units to put in place Generative AI enabled Agents
• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI prompts for various Agents
• Assist in data collection, pre-processing and analysis
• Participate in the testing and validation of AI models
• Communicate, promote and educate available AI tools to all employees
• Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies
