PwC in Switzerland is seeking a Manager in Advisory to identify and develop business opportunities, lead high-quality projects, and contribute to practice growth across Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Industrial, and Public sectors.

You will design GBS strategies and operating models, drive end-to-end transformation, manage senior stakeholders, and support transitions and ROI-focused analyses.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in the GBS/Outsourcing industry.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market and client relationships.
• ≥5 years in consulting with pipeline, PM, and team leadership.
• Proven GBS setups and transformations in shared services.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
