Liste Art Fair Basel is seeking a committed individual to join our team for the upcoming edition from 15 to 21 June 2026. The role involves supporting and coordinating participating galleries and artists, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for exhibitors and visitors.

The position is full-time, can be performed from any European art centre, with regular stays in Basel expected and presence from June onwards mandatory. English fluency and cultural-event experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• For this role, candidates should have worked in the art world for 3+ years with experience in implementing cultural events (content, organisation and communication).
• Strong multitasking, stress management and ability to work under pressure are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with gallerists and team alike.

Aufgaben

• Communication and support for participating galleries
• Collaborate on newsletters and social media topics
• Develop ideas to improve gallery presentations and overall success
• Coordinate gallery presentations and transport artworks with production
• Invoice galleries for participation fees; manage setup/dismantling; on-site presence throughout the fair
