We are growing rapidly and looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer in our Lausanne office to help build and scale the user-facing platforms and backend systems that power these groundbreaking AI insights.

What You Will Do

• Build Next-Gen Dashboards: Design and develop intuitive, high-performance web interfaces that make complex AI insights, digital twin simulations, and predictive analytics easy for clients to interpret.


• Backend Architecture: Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices to handle large-scale audience datasets, consumer simulation models, and media files.


• Bridge AI and UX: Work directly with our Data Science and AI engineering teams to integrate proprietary AI workflows into seamless client-facing features.


• Ensure Performance & Scalability: Optimize web applications for fast data visualizations, low latency, and rock-solid stability.


• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Participate in code reviews, technical architecture decisions, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.


• Frontend Core: Strong mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar).


• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with charting and visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) to display complex data trends visually.


• Backend Core: Proficiency in building scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) or Node.js.


• Database Management: Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key-value/NoSQL stores.


• DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker, containerized deployments, and cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
