Zusammenfassung

LGT Private Banking seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join CLM Nova, our Client Lifecycle Management platform, in a regulated financial setting. You will help build and operate onboarding, KYC, reviews and complex approvals using Java/Spring Boot, SQL/JPA, and modern frontend tech.

You will own features end-to-end, align with regulatory requirements, implement CI/CD, and drive security and production readiness through automation and testing.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot, including the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including data modelling, schema design, transactions, indexing and query optimisation, complemented by experience with JPA/Hibernate.

Aufgaben

• Develop, enhance and operate solutions for Client Lifecycle Management processes, from onboarding and KYC to ongoing client reviews and approval workflows.
• Design and implement scalable, workflow-driven backend services using Java and Spring Boot, as well as robust RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Develop relational data models and persistence layers using SQL and JPA/Hibernate, ensuring data integrity, performance, auditability and data-retention requirements.
• Contribute to the development of modern, component-based user interfaces using TypeScript and Web Components.
• Analyse and resolve complex incidents, defects and issues across backend services, databases and integrations, helping to ensure a stable platform.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business and regulatory requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features and technical decisions, contribute to architecture and engineering practices, and ensure quality, security and compliance through automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD processes.
