Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the International FP&A group in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The role focuses on monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and performance reporting in a global medical technology setting.

You will partner with business functions to provide analytical decision support, forecast revenues and expenses, and deliver actionable insights. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounting, freshly graduated are welcomed.
• Fluency in English and French, other languages is an asset.
• Advanced financial reporting and planning system and Excel skills.
• A first experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business functions to provide analytical decision support and performance analysis.
• Forecast and report results monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Provide variance analysis, identify gaps, trends and opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts of revenue, operating expenses, headcounts, and capital for assigned functions.
• Identify opportunities for improvements leading to higher revenue and cost savings.
