ACORN MAGAZINES LIMITED is seeking a full-time FLT Driver to cover holidays and support production in the FLT Department. Training on day shifts will occur before moving to a 4-week shift rotation.

Average 39 hours per week with 3 x 12-hour day shifts for 3 weeks and 4 x 12-hour night shifts for one week. Salary £28,058 per annum. Responsibilities include operating counterbalance trucks, stock processing, receiving goods, loading and unloading, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• FLT Counterbalance experience is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Valid FLT Counterbalance license.

Aufgaben

• Operate counterbalance trucks moving stock within warehouse and production areas.
• Provide flexible cover across FLT Department to meet business needs and holidays.
• Process pallets of completed stock for distribution.
• Receive and check goods against paperwork.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Enforce Health & Safety and ISO procedures.

Description

Alongside your core duties you will provide essential cover for staff holidays and specific production requirements in the FLT Department. Training to be held on the day shift until working at company standards where you will then be moved on to working a 4-week shift rotation.

Average 39 hours per week. 3 x 12-hour shifts for 3 weeks & 4 x12 hour shift for one week (includes a 30-minute paid break) Time: Days 06:00am – 18:00pm Nights 18:00pm - 6:00am.

£28,058 per annum

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance trucks moving stock around within the warehouse & production areas
• Provide flexible cover across FLT Department to meet business needs and team holidays
• Processing pallets of completed stock for distribution
• Receive & checking goods against paperwork
• Load & unloading goods in a safe manner
• Good Housekeeping
• Ensure that Company Policies, Health & Safety & Environment ISO procedures are enforced and adhered to
