Job summary

On in Zürich seeks a Senior Lead Footwear Costing Strategy & Margin Governance to shape cost strategy across the product creation lifecycle, partnering with creation leadership to improve margin and governance by integrating product, innovation, sustainability, sourcing, and finance.

Reporting to Head of Footwear Costing, the role establishes the costing operating model, governance standards, and strategic direction, enabling profitable and sustainable growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of footwear costing or related finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost drivers in premium footwear.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with commercial judgment.
• Fluent English, cross-cultural communicator.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the brand's footwear costing strategy and operating model.
• Lead end-to-end margin governance from target margin setting through target FOB.
• Drive cost transparency, governance standards, and tools across the org.
• Provide executive-level financial insights for investments and profitability.
• Own budgeting, dashboards, and reporting standards for costing.
• Drive digital transformation and data integrity in costing processes.
