Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a software developer to build and maintain web-based services and custom software for automated measurement data and video processing in the flight test department. The role requires hands-on development of both frontend and backend systems and collaboration with IT on cloud integrations.

Ideal candidates have strong IT/engineering education, experience with Linux servers and Docker, and proficiency in English and German.

• Experience in software or web development.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into executable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop front and backend of web-based services used within the flight test department.
• Update and further develop custom software for automated measurement data and video processing.
• Manage code repositories, Python packages and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interact with IT on identity management, cloud integrations and storage.
• Support flight test operations by capturing data and videos and monitoring processing.
