Zusammenfassung

Hallenbad Burgdorf is looking for a fitness-oriented team member to support fitness supervision and run group classes at our Burgdorf indoor pool from 1 November 2025. You will assess clients, tailor training plans, and participate in aqua-fitness initiatives as appropriate.

The role includes leading sessions, performing BIA measurements, and guiding trainees during shifts. A passion for sport and customer-focused service are essential, with weekend flexibility a plus.

Qualifikationen

• EFZ qualification as Movement Specialist or a fitness trainer diploma.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Interest in sport.

Aufgaben

• Fitness supervision and ensuring clients have an enjoyable workout.
• Delivering instruction, including initial assessments and creating training plans.
• Leading group fitness classes in the gym with potential Aqua-Fit involvement.

You’re passionate about sport and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others. If so, we have an interesting job for you. We’re looking for someone to join our team at the Burgdorf Indoor Swimming Pool from 1 November 2025, to help with fitness and classes. There’s the opportunity to get involved in aqua fitness as well as group fitness.

Your responsibilities

**Fitness supervision** : You ensure that our clients have an enjoyable workout experience.**Delivering instruction, including initial assessments:** You’ll assess clients’ needs, draw up appropriate training plans and support them in achieving their goals.**Delivering group training sessions and classes** : You will independently lead group fitness classes in the gym. With the appropriate training, there is also the opportunity to get involved in Aqua-Fit.**Carrying out BIA measurements:** You carry out the measurements independently, provide clients with feedback and incorporate the results into their training plans.**Supervising the trainee during working hours** During your shift, you share responsibility for the trainee and support them throughout this period.
