Job summary

Taurus SA, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end client projects in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will collaborate with clients and Taurus teams to design models and oversee tokenization and custody-related implementations.

The role requires 2–5 years in project management within financial services or fintech, plus strong blockchain and English/French language skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management in financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client projects for financial institutions, issuers, or market makers.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Produce high-quality due diligence and blockchain forensics reports to support compliance and onboarding.
