Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern invites applications for a Fine Dining Service Trainee at Colonnade, our two Michelin-starred restaurant, starting April 2027. You will deliver personalized luxury service, learn menu details, and support the team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Fluency in English is required; German is desirable. The program offers hands-on training, in-house experiences, F&B discounts, and opportunities within the Swiss Deluxe Hotels network.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests in a two Michelin-star setting.
• Assist with preparation and mise-en-place before service.
• Welcome guests, present menus, and explain dishes and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Support service team to uphold highest fine dining standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wines and beverages.
• Ensure impeccably presented tables throughout dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards; collaborate with kitchen and service teams.
