Abbott is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst for its Established Pharma division headquarters in Basel to administer and enhance Finance planning and reporting systems, focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role partners with Finance and IT to ensure data integrity, master data governance, user access, and governance across planning cycles.

You will drive system training, develop dashboards, and support month-end close with advanced Excel and analytics, while maintaining master data

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance Systems, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Business Analytics, or a related area.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or comparable planning and reporting platforms.
• Strong Excel skills including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience with master data management and user access administration is preferred.
• Experience working in a global or matrix environment would be an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.

• Collaborates with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across a global organization.
• Operates independently within defined processes while proactively identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Primary Job Function

An exciting opportunity in which you will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of EPD’s Finance planning and reporting systems. As Finance Systems Analyst, you will ensure data integrity, master data governance, user access compliance, and system readiness for financial planning and reporting processes. Acting as a key liaison between Finance and IT stakeholders, you will support efficient operations through system expertise, analytics, training, and process optimization.
