Zusammenfassung

The Tertianum Group, a Swiss market leader in living, housing and care for older adults, seeks a Subproject Manager 50% for the LEA project based in Dübendorf. You will be the central contact for Finance, shaping concepts and processes and ensuring alignment with the project team.

You bring several years in accounting or AP, strong SAP FI/MM knowledge, and a proactive, pragmatic mindset to manage responsibilities and training, with a focus on high data quality and timely task handling.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in finance and accounting or a comparable business administration qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts payable.
• Experience in projects as well as in the introduction or further development of financial processes.
• Sound knowledge of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and approval processes.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/MM.
• High IT affinity and good understanding of systems and interfaces.
• Experience with process or system implementations, functional tests and training.
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Representation of the Finance department in the LEA project.
• Development, coordination, approval and documentation of functional concepts and processes.
• Definition and harmonisation of future financial processes.
• Ensuring transparent information flow between the department and the project team.
• Coordination and timely processing of professional pending tasks.
• Ensuring high master data quality.
• Definition of test cases as well as planning and execution of functional tests.
• Professional assessment and approval of concepts and test results.
• Support in the preparation and implementation of training.
• Active participation during cutover and hypercare.
• Early identification and escalation of risks and dependencies.
