swisselect ag is seeking a motivated finance professional to join an international industrial group. You will work closely with the Group CFO and gain broad exposure to financial accounting, reporting, compliance and process improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will be a key member of the finance team, driving reliability of financial information and helping modernize finance processes, with opportunities to introduce automation and new tools.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of professional accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing or international environment is advantageous.
• Interest in finance process improvement, digitalization and automation.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• 3-8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or related finance functions

• Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes

• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing or international environment is advantageous

• Interest in finance process improvement, digitalization and automation

• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach

• Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership

• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
