• Multiple years in enterprise/solution/app architecture in a large corporate setting.
• Experience with EPM, analytical systems and MOLAP technologies.
• Solid DevSecOps knowledge with cloud tech (AWS).
• Strong finance/controlling process know-how and risk awareness.

In this role, you play a key part in strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring close alignment between architecture, delivery, and operations. By promoting modern ways of working, you strengthen collaboration across organizational boundaries.Define, maintain, and evolve architecture principles, target architectures, and technical standards for Group FinanceAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solution architecturesCollaborate closely with stakeholders from Business, Controlling, Accounting, IT, and GovernanceSupport and guide strategic transformation and integration initiatives across the enterpriseCoordinate architecture topics across teams and organizational unitsYour SkillsSeveral years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture, ideally within a large corporate environmentExperience in the field of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), analytical systems, and MOLAP technologies, as well as knowledge of modern DevSecOps principles with solid expertise in security and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, as well as experience in complex transformation and integration projects; knowledge of risk management is an advantageHolistic view of processes, systems, and organizations; ability to communicate technical and business-related topics effectively to different audiencesSolution-oriented, reliable, and self-driven way of workingStrong ability to provide functional leadership and coordinate activities across multiple teamsCommunicative and committed personality with a passion for interdisciplinary collaborationExcellent command of German and English; French or Italian is an advantageWith us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
