A leading automotive safety company is looking for a Finance Manager for the Commercial Vehicle division in Zug, Switzerland. This role involves advising on financial decisions, designing KPIs, and driving performance improvement through various financial analyses. The Finance Manager Commercial Vehicle should serve as the advisor and business partner for the Commercial Vehicle business area and support in making business decisions. It will involve designing and measuring KPIs ensuring the Commercial Vehicle organization is achieving its short and long‑term financial objectives and support with analysis. The role will also work closely with the Director Finance MSS.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
User support regarding AMIS/AFIS/ICAN system
Monitoring of AMIS (market information) data changes
Development and maintaining of early warning system for sales changing, price reductions and important orders
Reporting and follow-up (actual‑plan comparisons)
Coordination of sales accruals in the respective Business Unit in cooperation with Finance team
Calculation and Benchmarking
Project‑Controlling
Push and actively work Cost‑Reduction topics.
Controlling of Sales prices, Annual and ad hoc price reductions as well as one time give backs
Identifying the impacts of price changes in forecast as well as actual numbers – checking the correctness of prices invoiced
Create and maintain an effective system to drive the realization of commercial excellence task with the focus on Cash in improvements and sales price increases
Maintain the monthly sales price accruals as well as other price related accruals acc the SOX and USGAAP requirements
Development and maintaining of early warning system for sales changing, price reductions and important orders
Transparency of impact of business decisions along the Product Life Cycle towards the BU’s and ALV’s profitability
Reporting and follow‑up (actual‑plan comparisons)
Project‑Controlling!
Support CV management team building CV business revenue pool
Work with CV management team building CV business case
Coordinating the rolling forecast for CV business
Performance measurement through MBR process and drive profitability improvement
Support Strategic Expansion, e.g. Financial Due Diligence and Tax Due Diligence
Very strong business understanding.
Knowledge of Production/Operational (in a production plant) Controlling
Good understanding of the Autoliv Core plant level financial processes
Industry‑specific (and preferably Autoliv‑specific) financial experience
Knowledge of financial reporting systems (HFM, OneStream, AMIS) and analytics tools (PowerBI).
Open to work in a changing environment.
Be a strategic analytical thinker who is driven by results and can develop analytical solutions and decision support material.
Strong quantitative abilities.
Ability to work cross functionally.

Excellent communication skills.
Possessing a university degree in Finance or Business Administration, preferably MBA.
Production/Operational controlling
Strong relationship builder.
Solid understanding of the Autoliv core processes is a plus.
Experience in managing high‑level professionals.
Excellent oral and written English
Preferable located in Switzerland, Germany or Romania.
