Job summary

Läderach in Bilten, Switzerland seeks an experienced Finance professional to lead financial planning, reporting, and controls within Corporate Functions. You will partner with local and central teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes and sound financial strategy.

The role requires 7+ years in Finance/Accounting, strong ERP experience (SAP FI/CO), and fluency in English, Spanish, and German. This position offers growth, open feedback culture, and exciting prospects in a Swiss chocolate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 7 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and local statutory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP FI/CO knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and German, written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent, structured, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with local stakeholders in Spain and central Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term financial planning to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial statements and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and drive improvements with corrective actions.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity planning to optimize the cash position.
• Oversee tax matters for the Spanish entity and ensure compliance.
• Ensure efficient, reliable Finance and Accounting processes.
• Drive process simplification and standardization within Finance.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and central functions.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the local GM and commercial teams.
