Zusammenfassung

Rieter in Winterthur seeks a Components and Technology Controller to support monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting and planning. You will collaborate with Business Units and finance stakeholders to provide insights and drive performance.

The role focuses on variance analyses, tool development for reporting, and ensuring data accuracy in line with internal controls. A 3–5 year FP&A/controlling background and fluent English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience with variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/BI tools are a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analyses and explain deviations from budget/forecast.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to BU Heads.
• Develop and maintain controlling tools, dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and auditor responses.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Controlling, Tax, Treasury and Reporting teams.
• Participate in process improvements for reporting efficiency.
