A leading medical technology company in Switzerland is seeking a Field Service Associate for Flow Cytometry Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech medical devices. You will also independently resolve technical issues at customer sites, ensuring satisfaction and collaborating with sales on service offerings. As a Field Service Associate (f/m/d) for Flow Cytometry Systems, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech medical devices at customer sites. You independently diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales colleagues by communicating service offerings. Your role includes maintaining accurate data in ERP systems, participating in regular technical trainings (including abroad), and contributing to a high-quality service experience through strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Base salary ranges between CHF 80,000 and CHF 100,000 gross per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
